great harbour view
spacious room comfy beds amazing view
the room was quite spacious and included comfy beds. the bathroom was also spacious (i appreciated this). the view overlooking the boats was amazing. i found the staff quite pleasant and they were chatty.
Breakfast started from 10.30 am. That's quite late, so i didn't take advantage of it.

the hotel offered views of the harbour from many rooms, with rooms including mahogany furniture. the free standing world globe in rooms contained a mini bar, but it was empty , a pity.

Staff members were generally friendly and helpful . one staff member, rachael, was lovely. She ensured we had enough coffee and sugar. however, the check-in window was quite strict at 15:00 to 16:00, which could be inconvenient.

breakfast was included, but it started quite late, at 10:30 am (i think it should start earlier). that they went for a walk and then came back for breakfast. it's a point to note when planning your morning.

harbour view haven!
spacious room amazing view friendly staff
the room was spacious with an amazing harbour view! the bathroom was also a good size. the location was great for accessing local amenities, and i found the staff friendly. the breakfast offered was also quite nice, made the mornings easy.
i found that there was no parking available at the hotel. i had to use the casino car park and walk, not ideal with luggage. it would be helpful to have designated parking.

The premises close relatively early at 9 pm, with no staff available overnight. Entry after this time is via a dark road at the back, this may be a security concern for some guests.

charmed by the harbor view
spacious room modernized bathroom thoughtful host ample supplies
I was kinda surprised by the sheer size of the room. It was spacious! the modernized bathroom featured a great free standing bath. rachel, the host, ensured we had ample coffee and sugar, a nice touch. it.
The absence of double glazed windows meant i noticed some noise from passing traffic. It was a bit distracting.

the room was spacious it had great views of the harbour the bathroom was modern with a free standing bath. rachel made sure i had enough coffee and sugar. the location is great free parking is available on marine drive until march.

The hotel location is excellent and the staff were super friendly! I enjoyed a delicious English breakfast every morning. The views of the boats were fantastic. We will be back!

Our beautiful double room sea view was spacious. it included mahogany furniture. the king size bed was comfy!!! rachael was lovely. She ensured we had extra coffee and sugar. i found the view of the harbour amazing.
the breakfast was a strict 10:30 to 11:30 time. requesting additional coffee and orange juice incurred an extra charge. this occurred despite breakfast taking a while to arrive.

the guest house provided free parking on marine drive until march. it allows car street parking between 6 and 9 in the morning. i found these policies very useful and thoughtful.
